Before applications open

The programme owner must approve the final data-controller contact, sharing arrangements, retention period and applicant-rights process. EGAP will not open an application window until this notice is complete.

Information the application collects

The application collects the personal, guardian, academic and document information needed to review an apprenticeship application. Applicant documents remain private and are available only to authorized staff.
